ACPHS was established in 2017 and is recognized by Govt. of Assam & affiliated to Srimanta Shankardeva University of Health Sciences. The Institution is one of its kind in Upper-Assam and offers state of the art facilities. The college offers DPT, DMLT & DMRT courses. The college has been upgraded to Bachelor in Physiotherapy in the year 2022. The college emphasizes on hands on training and therefore produces skilled paramedical technicians. The college has record of 100% result till now. Also most of the passed out students are in good and reputed Institutions already. The college also has AV classrooms, computer training programmes, recreational activities. The faculties for the respective courses have right experience and knowledge and selected from best of the Institutions.
Aditya Diagnostics & Hospitals was established in 1998 and within a short span it has achieved the status of a fully fledged ultramodern diagnostic and therapeutic centre for providing efficient, prompt and excellent health care to its patients. The Hospital has a capacity of 200 (Two Hundred) beds and provides multi-disciplinary health care services, e.g., Medicine, Surgery including Laparoscopic & Endoscopic Surgery, Orthopedics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatric & Neonatology, Cardiology, Gastro-enterology, Pulmonology, Neurology & Neurosurgery, Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre. The institution is in the process of expanding still further. Besides all these, Aditya also extends its health services to nearby rural areas by arranging frequent health check up camps and free distribution of medicines, etc.
Aditya Diagnostics & Hospitals is fully concerned and committed to its social obligations and has constituted a society in the name of “S. D. Sahewalla Foundation” with various objectives for the benefit of the society, upliftment of the economic, industrial, agricultural, tourism scenario and thereby generating employment, development of educational institutions of relevance, which shall make value additions to the careers of youths for their successful placement in services and self engagements. This FOUNDATION is bound to dedicate health services to the people of North East on a no profit basis.

How To Apply
The application form is attached at the end of the Prospectus.
How to fill up the Application Form:
Photostat copies of the pass Certificates, birth certificate and Mark sheets duly attested by a Gazetted Officer (Original Certificates & Mark sheets should be brought by the candidate at the time of Interview).
Medical Certificate: Eye, Dental and Physical Fitness examination reports in original should be submitted by authorised Govt. medical professionals.
Original Character Certificate from the institution last studied/ Local M.L.A./ Chairman, Municipality Board/ President of Gaon Panchayat.
Passport size photographs – 4 copies (2 copies with name & date in front)
Written consent from parents/guardian.
Other academic documents – Migration certificate & Caste certificate
Fees structure will be notified at the time of admission.
Fees is liable to be revised as and when the management decide.
Fees for first semester and admission fees have to be deposited at the time of admission. Other semester fees to be paid before the beginning of respective semesters.
Fees once paid is not refundable.
Fine will be Imposed on late submission of fee.
Attendence will be strictly followed, Monthly attendence less than 75% will be fined. Any non-Informed leave will be fired.
Students will be graded as per the following criteria:
75% & Above
60% To 75%
50% To 60%
35% To 50%
